New Ways of Working Together
Everyone at Donahue & Horrow is proud to say that we have adapted to working together during the COVID restrictions. As we approach nearly one year of working remotely or in our safe office environment, we continue to excel as a team. Whether we work virtually or in the Offices of DOnahue & Horrow, we continue to work together. While we miss those of us that are working virtually and miss meeting with our clients in person, we are able to do what matters most to us which is to deliver positive results for our clients while maintaining a healthy distance.
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to present as a health and safety risk in the state of California and throughout the world, our legal team has adjusted to work together, for our clients, on Zoom video meetings and through internal messaging systems. We use video calls to focus on work while also maintaining our teams’ overall sense of inclusion. Not only do we enjoy working together, but we enjoy spending time together- even if it is through a video call. This years’ holiday gathering was a virtual scavenger hunt and a baby shower for one of our employees. Some of us were in the office while others participated remotely. Even though we could not all be together, a good time was had by all.
