Nicole Podgurski Named Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for Fourth Consecutive Year

Congratulations to Nichole D. Podgurski on being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2016. This is the fourth consecutive year she has received this honor as one of the top young medical malpractice and insurance bad faith attorneys in Southern California.

Ms. Podgurski is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. Degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. While at the University of Southern California she authored a paper under the supervision of Professor Erwin Chemerinsky which explored the constitutionality of campaign finance reform. After graduating from Loyola Law School, Ms. Podgurski practiced insurance defense litigation and began representing consumers and those harmed when she joined the firm of Donahue & Horrow, LLP in 2009.

She has represented clients in both state and federal court who have been catastrophically injured, and insurance policyholders who have been wrongfully denied their insurance benefits in a wide variety of cases including automobile, life, health, and disability insurance. Ms. Podgurski has helped the firm to recover millions of dollars for their clients who have been severely injured, lost a loved one as a result of malpractice or abuse, or who have been left feeling helpless after being denied a valid insurance claim. She is strongly committed to protecting the rights and interests of consumers and individuals who have been injured through the negligent acts of others.

Nichole is an associate who handles cases in all areas of the firm’s practices, including the Consumer Litigation Department, Medical Malpractice, Elder Abuse, Personal Injury, and insurance cases.
