I was eight months into the appeals process when I contacted the firm. From my first phone conversation with Rosa Padilla, I knew I was at the right place! She was compassionate, understanding, and explained , with a lot of detail, what I could expect going forward. After our call, I felt very comfortable with her and she always emailed or called me as promised, and I never felt out of communication. Once I was able to provide my health insurance file to the firm, Rosa gave it to Michael and within the same day of receiving it, I was scheduled for a call with him. In our conversation, Michael was very detail oriented and explained everything so I could understand. He answered all of my questions and made sure our conversation ended without anything questionable in my mind. This was the protocol with every conversation Michael and I had. Michael’s advice was spot on and because of it, I was able to get my surgery approved. Even though it took a total of thirteen and a half months for approval, without Michael’s guidance, it never would have happened.
