In addition to the notes left online, I’ve been impressed with your company culture and the feeling we get when we contact anyone in your office. Michael and Nichole and the entire staff were great to work with – and I would have said that even if we did not have an outstanding result in mediation. But since we did have an outstanding result, I think Michael was excellent at keeping us informed, setting expectations, selecting a mediator, and finally, and most importantly, very good at what he does.
